Beginning with his work at the General Motors Acceptance Corporation in 1989, Peyton T. Stephens has invested over 30 years in becoming the service-minded, sales-focused leader of the Automotive Industry that he is today.

Holding various positions within the automotive space—including Sales Manager, Global Consultant, General Manager, Dealer Principal, and Dealership Owner—Peyton has learned each integral part of the dealership environment through experience.

His seasoned focus, ability and willingness to shift with industry changes has allowed Peyton to be an effective and efficient consultant for other automotive organizations who find themselves in plateaus or times of challenge.

Having been contracted to train and motivate management, sales and service staff at over 1500 US dealerships, Peyton knows that the key to any successful endeavor is authentic connection with your team and your customers.
